Covers the construction, maintenance, or renovation of network interventions that are necessary to enable mobility by "road," "rail," and "air," whatever their degree of importance, complete with any related, complementary, or ancillary works, including those of a punctual nature, the related railway equipment, as well as all automatic, electromechanical, electrical, telephone, electronic, and traction equipment necessary to provide good service to the user in terms of use, information, safety, and assistance. It includes, by way of example, roads, whatever their degree of importance, highways, expressways, including such punctual works as special pavements, man-made tunnels, level or elevated interchanges, level parking lots, slope support works, embankments, railways of national and local interest, subways funiculars and tramways of any technical characteristic, airplane runways and heliport service aprons, stations, pavements made of special materials, natural and artificial, as well as bridges, even of complex technical characteristics, made of iron, simple or prestressed reinforced concrete, prefabricated or cast-in-place.
